These Terms govern your use of SbHubs Content Studio (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service helps users prepare, manage, upload, and publish content to social platforms that they authorize, including TikTok. Features may change as the Service develops.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Third-party platform use is also subject to that platform’s terms and policies.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the Service only the limited permission needed to process and transmit that content according to your instructions. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to use and publish the content.
You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized activity; interfere with the Service; attempt to bypass security; or violate third-party platform rules.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, publication success, audience reach, or continued access to third-party APIs.
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or meet third-party platform requirements. You may stop using the Service and revoke connected-account access at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SbHubs Content Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party-platform losses arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. The updated date above will identify the latest version. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
